A few things you should do: Look for a place to stay and find a decent price in Las Vegas for New Years Eve
The Las Vegas strip has the big party this year with a few hundred thousand people celebrating the New Year right on the street. Is it fun? You bet and it’s definitely an experience as you can expect to see wall-to-wall people that have decided that starting the night at noon meant drinking way too much all day. With a huge fireworks show at midnight, the electricity in the air is really difficult to comprehend. If you have never done it, make sure you’re in Las Vegas for New Years.
The strip is closed to cars and the party’s spill into the street. If you follow that route, I suggest you stock up on alcohol before the fireworks, remember it is Vegas and you can drink on the street.
